PELOSI DATING MURTHA : WAPO PARENTS NONE TOO PLEASED
Nancy Pelosi is about to be crowned Prom Queen but seems to want to prove she is a bad girl, a rebel without a clue according to some mean-spirited, preppy Republican girls. She was supposed to be seeing Capitol Hill flag football league hero, Steny "someone's in the foyer with" Hoyer. But, according to mutual friend Senator Barbara Mikulski, who plays linebacker on Hoyer's football team the Jackasses, "Nan is a free spirit. That's what she sees in Jack. She won't be controlled. Oh, no not her. She's like the wind...........thru my tree" said the wistful Mikulski.
Whatever the case, Ms Pelosi's politcal parents Ma and Pa Post are quite unhappy about their society deb soon to be Speaker dating the hotheaded and, evidently corrupt Murtha.
"He was a valuable tool slinging mud at the President and the Iraq war prior to the election but we never dreamed Nan would want to bring him in the house!" said Ma Post. "I mean reeeeallly, what could she be thinking. She's about to be Speaker of the US House of Representatives, she's co-editor of the Congressional yearbook and in the glee club. She's on the honor roll and he's on the "dishonor" roll" sneered Mama WaPo.
We caught up with Ms Pelosi smoking cigarettes with the "cool" girls on the steps of Congress on a lunch break. "Yeah, Ma and Pa Post don't like me to have a mind of my own, see. I can't have my own friends. They won't let me have the car on weekends. They are definitely squaresville and this party girl has got some livin' to do."
When asked about Hoyer, Pelosi and her gang of girls giggled. "Steny is a real, nice guy.....but lame. Now Jack, he owes me. He respects the power I crave. And besides, you should see his "Bush-bashing" stick" The mention of which made the entire group oooh and aaah.
Pa WaPo is having none of it. "She'll come around when we cut her allowance. If there's one thing a democratic gal like Nan can't live without it's other people's money. She should be thankful we're not trying to hook her up with a loser like Dick "Les" Durbin."
